Mr. Shah, who has over 10 years of industry experience, serves as a Principal. Prior to joining
Accord, Mr. Shah worked as an Investment Banking Associate in the Infrastructure and Real Estate
Group at HSBC. Prior to that, Mr. Shah worked as an Investment Banking Associate on the Corporate
Advisory desk for the Royal Bank of Scotland. Prior to that, Mr. Shah worked as an Investment
Banking Analyst on the Leveraged Finance and Infrastructure Finance desk’s for the Royal Bank of
Scotland.

Mr. Shah earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with First Class Honors from the
University of Manchester.
