Mr. Hunt, who has  27 years of industry experience, serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief
Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Accord, he was the Chief Financial Officer for WinnResidential,
the sixth  largest firm in residential property management in the United States. At Winn, he was
responsible for its accounting, reporting, treasury, and information technology related functions.
Prior to that, he was the Chief Accounting Officer for Essex Property Trust, Inc., a public multifamily
real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on supplied constrained West Coast markets. Prior to
that, Mr. Hunt spent 10+ years in public accounting for such firms as Deloitte & Touche LLP, KPMG
LLP, and Arthur Andersen LLP, primarily in the area of the audit of public and private real estate
companies and institutional funds.

Mr. Hunt received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with an emphasis in International
Relations from the University of California at Los Angeles. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
and a member of the California State Board of Accountancy and the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants (AICPA). He is a member of the Advisory Board of Facilgo, Inc., a San Francisco-
based real estate technology company.
