Mr. James, who has over 4 years of industry experience, serves as a Vice President. Prior to joining Accord, Mr. James worked as an attorney at Jones Day. Prior to that, Mr. James worked within the Real Estate Private Capital Markets Group at Macquarie Capital and Global Real Estate Multi-Managers & Securities team at UBS Global Asset Management.

Mr. James has a Postgraduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice from BPP Law School (UK), a Master of Philosophy degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge (UK) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Bath (UK).
