Mr. Fetherstonhaugh, who has four years of industry experience, serves as a Senior Analyst. Before joining Accord in 2022, Mr. Fetherstonhaugh worked in investments for Cabot Properties, where he focused on core, value-add and opportunistic strategies in the industrial sector across the UK and Europe.

Mr. Fetherstonhaugh earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Oxford and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Cass Business School (now called Bayes), part of the City, University of London.
