Ms. Kalble, who has 39 years of industry experience, serves as Chief Financial Officer.  
Prior to joining Accord, Ms. Kalble was the Co-Director of Financial Reporting for GEM
Realty Properties (GEM).  At GEM, she was responsible for fund reporting and tax filings.

Prior to that, she was a Senior Vice President at JMB Realty Corporation.

Ms. Kalble received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from DePaul University.  She is a
Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
(AICPA).
