Mr. Co, a Managing Partner with 29 years of industry experience, serves on Accord’s Management
Committee, Investment Committee and Executive Committee. Prior to co-founding Accord, Mr. Co
was a Managing Director with Macquarie Capital in its Real Estate Private Capital Markets Group,
where he most recently served as Head of European Real Estate Private Capital Markets. Prior to co-
founding Presidio Partners LLC, Mr. Co was a Vice President with Banc of America Securities LLC in its
real estate private equity practice. He joined the firm as a member of the real estate investment
banking group in 1997, where he participated in the execution of more than $3 billion in real estate
debt, equity and M&A transactions on behalf of several opportunity funds, REITs and private real
estate companies. Prior to joining BAS, Mr. Co was a Senior Accountant with Ernst & Young LLP in
San Francisco.

Mr. Co earned a Master of Business Administration degree with Distinction from the University of
Michigan Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University
of California at Los Angeles. Mr. Co is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), the
European Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles (INREV) and the Asian
Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles (ANREV). Mr. Co is also a member of the
Real Estate Executive Council and the Advisory Board of Dermot Partners GP, LLC.
