Mr. Jackson is a Managing Partner with over 20 years of industry experience and serves on Accord’s
Management Committee, Investment Committee and Executive Committee. Prior to joining Accord,
Mr. Jackson was a founding partner at Lakestar Capital, which focused on special situations real
estate corporate finance. Lakestar advised private equity real estate managers on all capital raising,
from primary to secondary and separate accounts. Prior to that, he was a Partner and served as
Head of Real Estate Corporate Finance at Matrix Corporate Capital, where he focused on capital
raising and fund products as well as individual and portfolio transactions. Mr. Jackson has also held
management positions in corporate finance at Dawnay Day and Henderson Global Investors. Mr.
Jackson started his career in audit at Swiss Re and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

 

Mr. Jackson received an LLB with Honours from the University of Dundee. He is a member of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, European Association for Investors in Non-listed Real
Estate Vehicles (INREV) and the Securities and Investment Institute (FCA approved person).
