Ms. Peterson, who has over 25 years of real estate and capital raising experience, serves as a
Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer. She is also on the firm’s Management Committee,
Investment Committee and Executive Committee. Prior to joining Accord, she was Director of
Capital Markets for Pacific Urban Residential, a multifamily investor and operator focused on urban
West Coast markets. Prior to that, she was a Senior Vice President with Macquarie Capital’s Real
Estate Private Capital Markets Group. Prior to that, Ms. Peterson was a founding member and Senior
Vice President at Presidio Partners LLC.  Previously, she was a member of the real estate investment
banking group at Lehman Brothers, as well as the firm’s healthcare and media & telecom investment
banking teams and its municipal finance group. Ms. Peterson has also served as Consultant to the
International Finance Corporation (World Bank) in Beijing, China.

Ms. Peterson received her Master of Business Administration degree from the Graduate School of
Business at Stanford University and her Bachelor of Arts degree in the Political Economy of Industrial
Societies from the University of California, Berkeley (summa cum laude). She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa

and Pension Real Estate Association and a past member of the Stanford Real Estate Council (SREC).  

She serves on the San Francisco Board of Women in Real Estate (WIRE) and the Board of Stanford

Professionals in Real Estate (SPIRE), is Board Vice President of Filipinos in Institutional Real Estate

and sits on the Advisory Board of Dermot Partners GP, LLC. She is honored to have been selected by
