Mr. Juca, who has 3 years of industry experience, serves as an Associate. Prior to joining Accord in
2022, Mr. Juca worked in development for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where he focused on the
group’s mixed-use strategy and West Coast development projects. Prior to that, he was part of
Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield’s International Graduate Program, a rotational program with
assignments in both the United States and Europe.

Mr. Juca earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and International Relations (with distinction)
from the University of Pennsylvania.
