Sirius Capital Partners Recently Closed its Fourth Fund, with €200 Million of Equity

Accord Europe Limited served as the exclusive capital advisor in connection with the offering of Sirius Fund IV SCSp.
Sirius Fund IV SCSp (the “Fund”) has been launched with a final closing of €200 million in equity. The Fund invests in build-to-rent residential assets in Finland, predominantly in the Helsinki region.
The investors in the Fund are all international institutional investors, such as multi-managers, pension companies and family offices, with more than three quarters of the capital coming from the US and the rest from Europe.
“The residential market in Finland is very interesting and as the international interest towards the segment is growing, there are significant opportunities for a local opportunistic investor as Sirius. The interest among investors for this fund was very high on both sides of the Atlantic, enabling us to have a very quick fundraising.” says Patrick Gylling, CEO of Sirius Capital Partners.

Sirius Fund IV is managed by IQ EQ Fund Management (Luxembourg) S.A., while Sirius Capital Partners acts as the investment advisor in Finland. Clifford Chance has acted as the legal counsel for the Fund and Accord Capital Partners LLC acted as the placement agent in conjunction with the final closing.
